Who this is
PLATINUM PLUMBING & FIRE SPRINKLERS, LLC (The Beach Plumber), 3808 Elijah Baum Rd., Kitty Hawk, NC 27949. Phone (252) 573-5477. Email platinumplumbingnc@gmail.com.
What we collect
The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, email, town, the kind of work, and a message. The receptionist chat asks for your name, phone number, and message, and sends the page address with that message. Calling or emailing us gives us whatever you choose to say.
Text messages
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from PLATINUM PLUMBING & FIRE SPRINKLERS, LLC (The Beach Plumber). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies with the request you sent. Texts are about that estimate or service, not a separate marketing list.
The consent sits next to the estimate form and the receptionist chat send button. Terms use the same text-message rules.
How we use it
We use the details to answer the request, schedule work, and follow up by phone, email, or text. The estimate form opens your email app addressed to platinumplumbingnc@gmail.com. The chat message goes to the shop receptionist so someone can reply. We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.
